Solo and Ensemble Festival: Saturday April 10, 2010

Where: Hinsdale United Methodist Church
Open to music students grades 4-12

Requirements: One prepared solo, duet or ensemble piece between 2 and 8 minutes in length. Solos should be performed with a piano accompanist if a piano part is written for the piece. Contact us for our list of accompanists if you need one.

Performances will be rated and each participant will receive one-on-one coaching from the judge, a judge comment sheet, and a medal.

This festival is offers an educational performance opportunity that may not be offered at school. Outstanding performers have the opportunity to play on the Honors Recital, April 18, 7:00.
